The price includes

• Use of fitness room: equipped with strength and cardio machines, dumbbells
• Use of children's playhouse
• Free WiFi throughout the hotel

• Unlimited entry to Lővér Swimming Pool; in summer to Lővér Strand and Tómalomfürdő

The price does not include

• Local tax: 530,- HUF / person / night (payable above 18 years),
• Use of a bathrobe, which can be requested for a fee (adult size) HUF 1,000/person - ordered in advance or can be requested on site

Further information: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are preparing a fixed seating schedule for our New Year's Eve gala dinner, during which guests of different reservations will be brought to the same table. If you are coming with a larger group or have special requests regarding the seating order, please let us know in advance. We are no longer able to make changes on the spot!

Cancellation policy:

• The Customer can cancel the room free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• 50% of the ordered services in case of cancellation within 13-7 days,
• 70% of the ordered services in case of cancellation within 6-4 days,
• In case of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show, 100% of the ordered services will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Terms of payment:

• A 70% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 5 calendar days of confirmation from the accommodation.
• Please pay the remaining amount of the reservation based on our final invoice.
