Pet Etiquette
15 Golden Rules for Carefree Pet-Friendly Holidays
In the Hotel & More Group hotels, guest comfort, safety, and maximum satisfaction are our top priorities whether you arrive with or without a pet.
Thank you for respecting all points of pet etiquette for a relaxing holiday!
- Keep your pet on a leash at all times throughout the hotel premises.
- Present a copy of your dog's vaccination record (showing the pet's microchip number and rabies vaccination) upon reservation.
- Do not leave your pet alone in the hotel room for extended periods.
- Use the "Dog in the Room!" card if you leave your dog alone in the hotel room.
- A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.
- Please be considerate of other guests and their pets during your stay.
- Every hotel may charge a pet fee, which varies; detailed information can be found in the FAQ section on each hotel's website.
- The pet fee covers the cost of pet accommodation but does not include dog food.
- Pets must arrive at the hotel with all necessary equipment (e.g., collar/leash, carrier).
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant or wellness area.
- Pets may be present in common areas under supervision.
- Please clean up after your pets.
- The hotel may charge an additional cleaning fee if necessary (e.g., if the pet dirties the room excessively).
- In case of damage, the hotel may seek compensation, which will be communicated to the guest upon departure or within 24 hours thereafter.
- Guests are fully responsible for their pets during their stay at the hotel.
