- The ordered services can be canceled/changed more than 7 working days prior to arrival without penalty payment.
- 50% penalty in case of cancellation within 7 days.
- In case of failure to cancel, the full amount will be invoiced.

Terms of payment: To guarantee your reservation, we ask that you pay 50% of the total accommodation fee as a deposit. You can pay your deposit in several installments, but the entire deposit must be received in the hotel's bank account no later than 30 days before arrival.
