Rooms can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
The room must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.
We hereby inform you that, according to the current regulations, every guest (including children) using accommodation services in Hungary after September 1, 2021, must have their personal data, as defined by law, recorded by the accommodation provider upon arrival using an ID reader, then recorded in the accommodation management software, and subsequently transmitted to a database called the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
To record the data, the guest using the accommodation service must present their identification document, driving license, or travel document to the accommodation provider. In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse accommodation services.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is free of charge if made 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7-3 days, a 30% penalty will be charged.
For cancellations within 2 days or in case of no-show, a 100% penalty will be charged.

Terms of payment:

A 30% deposit is required by bank transfer within 3 calendar days from the confirmation sent by the accommodation.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron).
In case of non-payment, the room reservation will be automatically canceled.
