- We hereby inform you that according to the legislation in force, after September 1, 2021, the legally defined personal data of all guests (including children) using accommodation services in Hungary must be recorded by the accommodation provider upon arrival, via a document reader, in the accommodation management software, and then stored in a storage location. , must be forwarded to the Guest Information Closed Database (VISA).
- In order to record the data, the guest using the accommodation service presents his identification card, driver's license or travel document to the accommodation provider. In the absence of presentation of the document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse the accommodation service.
