The price does not include
- Prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax of 400 HUF/person/night, which is payable from the age of 18
- Child discounts (when sharing a room with two full-paying adults, on an extra bed):
• Ages 0–4.99: free of charge
• Ages 5–11.99: 50% discount
• From age 12: 15% discount
Further information:
- The rooms can be occupied from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the case of a trip on January 1, it is possible to leave the rooms until 12:00 instead of 10:00.
- If you want to stay longer in our hotel, we can provide you with a package room, and it is possible to extend it for an additional fee.
Cancellation policy:
- The Customer can cancel the service free of charge until 31.10.2025.
- Between 01.11-30.11.2025: 50% of the ordered services will be charged as penalty.
- After 01.12.2025 100% of the ordered services will be charged as penalty.
- The above cancellation conditions also apply to partial cancellations.
- We can only accept cancellations and modifications in writing.
Terms of payment:
- Method of payment: by bank transfer, cash, bank card or Széchenyi Pihenőkártya.
- Advance payment required:
- o A 50% deposit must be paid within 10 calendar days of the confirmation sent by the accommodation.
- o Accepted means of payment: cash, bank transfer, bank card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Visa Electron) SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MKB).
- o In case of non-payment, the room reservation will be canceled automatically.
